Circle M City Field Trip

Join us as we visit Circle M City in Sanford.  As a finale to the Westward Expansion Unit Study, we will be visiting Circle M City for a wagon ride, a demonstration on how the pioneers cared for their horses, and a blacksmith demonstration. Participation in the Westward Expansion Unit Study is not required for this field trip.  It is open to any CHES Member.   

CHES has agreed to supplement funds to help keep costs down, so rather than $10 per child it will be $5 per child.  Sign-ups for this trip will end on Friday, March 5th, to allow everyone time to pay by Tuesday, March 9th.  Once you sign up, please use the "send money to friends/family" option through PayPal to ches.homeschoolinggroup@gmail.com.  (Sending money to friends/family keeps PayPal from charging us fees).  If you are uncomfortable with PayPal, please contact, please email us at ches.homeschoolinggroup@gmail.com and we will make other arrangements with you.

They have invited us to pack picnic lunches and eat there if we would like to do that after our tour.  So, please feel free to stay for lunch if your schedule allows.  They have a large cafeteria style room and we can also eat outside.

Masks are not required as the demonstrations will all be outside.  Please choose to come only if your family feels comfortable as "social distancing" may not be possible on the wagon ride.
